Accessibility Policy
Please be aware that we have a 10-inch step at the entrance. Our building is old. We have no wheelchair accessible washrooms. Please contact us ahead of time and we will try our best to accommodate you. Also, while our tickets are based on general admission seating, please contact us if you have hearing or sight limitations. We’re always happy to reserve front row seats. By the way, there’s a good chance you’ll run into a service or guide dog at the theatre. They’re regulars. Please remember that they are working:
- Speak to the handler, not the dog.
- Please don’t touch, talk to, or feed the dog.
- Don’t allow anyone else to tease or distract the dog as it has a very important job, even if it appears at rest.
